FAQ

Questions teams ask before rollout

Quick answers on setup, workflow impact, infrastructure ownership, and trust controls.

What does ClawdCall do?

ClawdCall gives your AI agents real phone-call execution so they can complete tasks over voice, not just text.

Which chat apps are supported today?

ClawdCall is rolling out support for ChatGPT and Claude first, with more chat app integrations coming soon.

Which countries are supported right now?

ClawdCall currently supports the USA, New Zealand, and Australia.

How quickly can we launch?

Most teams pilot one workflow in minutes, then iterate using transcripts and outcome data.

Do we need to rebuild our current agent workflows?

No. You keep your existing agent logic and tools. ClawdCall adds the phone execution layer and returns structured outputs.

How is this related to Dialgood?

ClawdCall is the agent-facing product layer, powered by Dialgood's voice infrastructure underneath.

How does ClawdCall approach consent?

ClawdCall is designed for calls to the account holder, internal teams, or recipients who have consented to or reasonably expect the call.

What abuse prevention controls are in place?

Destination controls, rate limits, and account reviews help reduce suspicious activity, carrier complaints, and misuse of outbound calling.

What is ClawdCall's DNC and TCPA posture?

ClawdCall is positioned for operational workflows rather than bulk telemarketing, and our terms require customers to handle consent, opt-out, and jurisdiction-specific calling rules.

How is caller identity handled?

Teams can manage workspace caller profiles and default caller ID settings so outbound calls route through an assigned, account-level identity.

How are webhook and API integrations secured?

Agents authenticate with Bearer API keys, and post-call webhooks support explicit HTTPS destinations, custom auth headers, and delivery controls.

What calling guardrails are in place by default?

As an added layer of security, ClawdCall allows up to 5 contacts per 24-hour period, and contacts can only be changed after they have been on the account for 24 hours.
